Ellington Properties Development LLC is seeking a talented Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contractual activities, including claims, variations, and commercial correspondence.

You will work closely with the Project Management team to provide detailed evaluations of potential claim impact and assist with financial issues related to contractual matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contracts management, with experience in drafting contractual documents and managing claims documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all contractual aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drafting contractual letters and documents, including tender and contract documents.
  • Prepare and review contractual agreements, including analysis of contract conditions and identification of project risks.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field and any relevant certifications in Contracts.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, preferably in a consultant and/or client background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret contract conditions and identify project risks.
