As a Marine Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our marine activities, including boat tours, fishing expeditions, and water sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of our marine activities, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that guests receive exceptional service.
  • Boat Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on our boats to ensure they are in optimal condition.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of marine staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Guest Experience: Work closely with our resort teams to ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their marine activities.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that our guests and staff are protected at all times.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local marine regulations and ensure that our operations comply with all relevant laws and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Valid Boat Skipper License and relevant maritime certifications.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Boat Skipper with a successful track record in marine operations.
  • Skills: Excellent navigational and seamanship skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and first aid and CPR certification.
