Job Description
As a Storekeeper Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Storekeeper in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment, and experience in construction in oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
- Ensuring timely and efficient loading, unloading, and storing of store items.
- Managing stocks according to Manufacturer's recommendations.
- Conducting regular physical inventories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 2-5 years of related experience.
- O&G experience.
- Previous experience in Construction in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- ERP/MRP, warehouse management and logistics systems experience.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Proven strategic planning skills.
