- Health & Safety Management: Implement and maintain a robust Health and Safety Plan, addressing any safety issues and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Egis Procedures Compliance: Ensure compliance with Egis procedures, adhering to the organization's standards and processes, and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Contractor Performance Monitoring: Evaluate contractor performance, focusing on quality and adherence to performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review and Approval of Submissions: Review and approve submissions, including shop drawings, materials, equipment, mockups, samples, brochures, etc., and review as-built drawings, warranties, maintenance manuals, and close-out reports.
- Dealing with Site Issues: Address site issues, including delays, bad weather, and emergencies, coordinating with contractors, owners, and design teams to resolve issues or complaints.
- RFI and Queries: Respond to contractors' Requests for Information (RFI) and any queries they raise, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Change Order Administration: Administer and handle change orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Inspection of Materials and Equipment: Conduct site inspections for the extraction and fabrication of materials/equipment before delivery, checking performance and workmanship.
