Job Title: Security Engineer - Fortinet & CyberArk PAM

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the smooth operation, monitoring, and management of Fortinet/CyberArk devices and platforms.
  2. Conduct site assessments and manage inventory related to security devices.
  3. Monitor and manage the solution to detect and identify cybersecurity incidents.
  4. Provide comprehensive environment monitoring services.
  5. Review and implement attack surface management, security incident response processes, and procedures to mitigate and remediate threats.
  6. Continuously assess and implement security concepts, latest threats, and vulnerabilities.
  7. Utilize incident, event, problem, configuration, change, and release management practices to report, track, implement solutions, and resolve security-related issues.
  8. Update security parameters recommended by Fortinet/CyberArk and as per business requirements.
  9. Recommend and implement vendor best practices.
  10. Maintain workflows, alerts, and notifications related to security incidents.
  11. Ensure compliance with SLA levels and manage services including Fortinet Firewalls and CyberArk platform.
  12. Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls according to best practices.
  13. Keep firewalls up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
  14. Provide technical support to customer IT teams for firewalls.
  15. Support security audits of Fortinet firewalls to identify potential risks.
  16. Optimize and perform performance tuning on security devices.
  17. Transfer knowledge and document firewall configurations.
  18. Provide support options including onsite, phone, online chat, email support, and onsite support.
  19. Perform health checks and generate log reports for security devices.
Qualification & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Strong experience in Fortinet technologies, with a focus on firewall management.
  3. Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions is a plus.
  4. Solid understanding of security concepts, latest threats, and vulnerabilities.
  5. Familiarity with incident, event, problem, configuration, change, and release management practices.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CyberArk Certified Defender, or similar certifications are preferred.
  9. Experience in managing security audits and compliance requirements.
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
