Contract Details: 12-24 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week, 9-10 hours per day including a 1-hour break.

Position Overview & Compensation:

Position: Head Bartender
Base Salary: 5200 AED ($1415)
Additional Allowances: 2800 AED ($760) for leave out and transportation
Daily Tips: Variable based on performance.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Strong hospitality orientation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Professional appearance
  • Preference for candidates currently residing locally, though not mandatory
