About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, crafted, and responsive websites, apps, and digital experiences that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly UI components and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, strategists, front-end developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and providing thoughtful recommendations.
  • Pivot as needed to meet evolving project requirements, timelines, and feedback.
  • Present design work to clients and incorporate feedback to improve design direction.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a UI professional with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive interface design skills.
  • Extensive experience working with established design systems and building new ones from scratch.
  • Proven experience leading UI design across multiple platforms and owning projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to lead working sessions with team members and present to clients.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of best practices for UI and interaction design for responsive experiences.
  • Understanding of accessibility design issues and UX best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing for content management systems (Sitecore, Acquia).
  • Agile process experience.
  • Mobile app design experience.
  • Motion Design experience.
