About the Role

This key position will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, developing tax strategies, managing audits, and advising senior leadership on tax-related matters for the region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax compliance across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and international regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documentation for all countries within the region.
  • Ensure timely filings, payments, and remittances for local, regional, and global tax obligations.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities, taking into account local laws and international tax treaties.
  • Advise senior management on tax structuring, risk mitigation, and cross-border tax planning strategies.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification (CPA, Chartered Tax Adviser, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on international taxation and cross-border tax issues.
  • Proven experience managing tax compliance, reporting, and planning across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws, transfer pricing, and VAT/CIT.
