Luxury Hotel Front Desk Head

Job Summary:
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising direct subordinates, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest requests and complaints.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of direct subordinates, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees, promoting excellent performance.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate guest information and address specific requirements efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel products and services, as well as tourist and business travel information relevant to guests.
- Supervise cashier work and update loyalty programs, ensuring administrative duties are completed effectively.
- Conduct handover reporting at the end of each shift, highlighting guest complaints and unusual situations requiring follow-up.
Requirements:
- University or College degree
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods
