About the Role:

  1. The selected candidate will develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  2. Prior experience in declarative customization, Lightning actions, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components is highly valuable.
  3. The architect will design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
  4. This role involves participating in the full application lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and support.
  5. The candidate must gather requirements from stakeholders and assess feasibility.
  6. Collaboration with other departments to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions is vital.
  7. Maintaining the highest quality of the application is fundamental.
  8. Bugs must be identified and aligned with requirements during debugging.
  9. The candidate must ensure accurate and well-documented use and flow of application code.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Knowledge and ability to write test classes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party apps.
  • Collaborative skills to work with the support team and user community.
  • Ability to generate novel solutions to functional requests.
  • Synchronous and Asynchronous Apex – Future method and queueable classes method.
  • Experience in Deployment Functions.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
