The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design, fit-out processes, and quality control. They will be responsible for inspecting properties, coordinating fit-out projects, and identifying areas requiring improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Inspect properties to ensure they meet Deluxe Holiday Homes' quality, safety, and design standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to execute fit-out projects.
  • Document defects, damages, or areas requiring improvement, and communicate with relevant teams.
  • Verify the installation and functionality of furniture, fixtures, and appliances before guest check-in.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic documentation and checklists.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, property inspection, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out processes, quality control, and property maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection reporting tools.
