About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. As an FP&A Manager at Whgym, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to optimise financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the development of financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and financial data analysis.
  • Proven experience in providing financial advice and driving strategic business planning.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software applications, including SAP.
