As a Product Visionary at Emirates Global Aluminium EGA, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's Global IAM and PAM solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to set and communicate a clear and ambitious product vision to stakeholders, the team, and the unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end strategies for team output, encompassing the entire lifecycle from inception to production, to optimize the workflow, enhance productivity, and assure seamless collaboration across the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee that the Global IAM and PAM digital vision and products align with the team strategy and requirements.
- Market and Industry Expertise: Apply market and industry expertise to transform user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team, actively managing a backlog that stays 3 to 4 sprints ahead, certifying a well-prepared and efficient workflow.
- Project Delivery: Successfully deliver multiple concurrent IAM and PAM projects and address backlog items within specific business areas, taking full accountability for all elements of business change throughout the process.
- Change Management: Lead and coordinate change activity, working with lead translators/program managers to maintain a strategic delivery roadmap for IAM and PAM initiatives.
- Project Governance: Manage projects of varying scale as well as business area backlog items from idea through to delivery and closure, adopting proportionate governance and using the established change delivery framework.
- Stakeholder Management: Practice a progressive stakeholder management approach, building invested relationships, and where appropriate, employing an agreed engagement and communication plan.
- Risk Management: Oversee and mitigate project risks, address issues, and manage dependencies, ensuring a well-controlled and smooth project execution.
- Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate work with other internal departments to guarantee that internal resource requirements are understood and the right resources are available when required.
- Vendor Management: Direct the activities of third-party providers (vendors, consultants, etc.), facilitating delivery to time, quality, and budget.
- Reporting and Communication: Report progress to senior business members through established monthly reporting or equivalent and make sure that everyone understands the way forward.
- Release Planning: Lead release planning sessions with stakeholders and conduct weekly demos, fostering effective collaboration and guaranteeing stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
- Usability Studies: Integrate usability studies and research findings into product requirements, resulting in heightened user satisfaction and a customer-driven design approach.
- Partnerships: Successfully identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across various teams, facilitating effective collaboration and managing dependencies with other team functions.
