The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong background in project planning and execution. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


**Diving Operations Management**

The ideal candidate will have experience in diving operations management, including planning and executing diving projects, managing diving teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.


**Technical Expertise**

The Senior Planning Engineer will have a strong technical background in engineering, with a focus on Oil & Gas industry projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet technical requirements.


**Leadership and Collaboration**

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.


**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.)
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong background in project planning and execution
  • Experience in diving operations management, including planning and executing diving projects
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering, with a focus on Oil & Gas industry projects
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (read/write)
