Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to lead the growth and development of our Private Banking proposition in the MENA region.

You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships, and spearheading engagement with key stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market developments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA, and/or professional certifications, like CFA or CAIA.
  • Significant experience in private banking, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the MENA region.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
