  5. Ensure Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of code.
  6. Evaluate and Test Technology Stacks: Experiment with and assess various technology stacks to identify the best tools for project needs.
  7. Assist in Research Initiatives: Support the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge research in AI and NLP.
  8. Analyze and Optimize Model Performance: Analyze and optimize the stability and performance of models like LLAMA3.1/LLAMA3.2.

Requirements:

  • Strong Python Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with a focus on backend development.
  • Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience in setting up, fine-tuning, and integrating open-source LLMs into applications.
  • Backend Development Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI.
  • API Development Experience: Proven experience in building and scaling APIs.
  • Knowledge of AI Feedback Systems: Understanding of RLHF and related AI training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Data Science Tools: Knowledge of data science workflows and tools like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries; experience with DataIKU is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create simulations, visualize data, and address complex technical challenges effectively.
