Job Overview:
The Hotel Room Service Associate at Arjaan Hotel Apartments By Rotana is responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor
- Accurately sign the key log book
- Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing a combination of duties such as vacuuming carpet and upholstered furniture, dusting and wiping furniture, emptying ashtrays and wastebaskets, making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polishing brass and metal
- Replenish bathroom and room supplies
- Tidy and arrange guest toilet articles on vanity tops
- Spot clean carpets when necessary
- Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas neat and tidy
- Ensure fire exits and stairways are clear of any obstruction
- Check and report any maintenance work required immediately
- Pick up litter from corridors and pathways
- Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
- Remove room service trays and trollies from guestrooms and corridors
