  • Maintain accurate records of tax-related transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax-related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities and auditors.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support on tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on tax strategies and compliance requirements.
Risk Management and Compliance
  • Assess and mitigate tax-related risks to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to internal processes and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on tax-related issues and compliance requirements.
  • Develop tax filing and reporting procedures and process documents and provide necessary knowledge to other staff to ensure compliance.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent are an advantage.
Overall Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and training of UAE Federal Tax Authority, rules, regulations, and amendments.
