We're now one of the largest e-commerce players in the region, offering a wide range of products and services including marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion.

We're on a mission to establish ourselves as the dominant Q-Commerce player in MENA and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.

This role is a key part of our operations team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our strategy across the region.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Scale up noon Minutes to become the dominant Q-Commerce player in MENA
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
  • Manage end-to-end Ops KPIs of a city/cluster
  • Be the Ops point of contact for any matter related to your city/cluster

You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who will assist you in achieving these goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving excellence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years' work experience in a related industry, preferably in E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Retail.
