We are seeking a highly experienced Tunnel Engineering Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural engineering, site management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure project execution aligns with technical, quality, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage site activities, resources, and equipment to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies for tunnel maintenance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
Engineering Requirements:
  • Study technical documents and project specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare technical proposals and engineering solutions for structural maintenance and rehabilitation.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Client Interface:
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Client's representatives to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth execution of site activities.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridges and tunnels.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and rehabilitation works within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards related to structural integrity and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and other structural analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
