Main Purpose of Role:

As a key member of the Asterix Communications team, this Senior Engineer will lead discipline performance on projects and provide expert technical design leadership and design assurance on projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and agree budgets for projects and change initiatives, and control forecast and actual costs against budgets.
  2. Resolve conflicting information and different priorities of key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making.
  3. Provide strong engineering consultancy experience, having worked with NOCs, IOCs, and EPC Clients in the region in the capacity of Project Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  2. Project Management Professional certification.
  3. Mechanical/Piping/Electrical & Instrumentation/Process engineering background preferable.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Essential 10-17 years of Oil & Gas Design Experience.
  2. Advantage Previous experience in the Region.
  3. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Lead Engineer.
  4. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in FEED projects Approved by ADNOC group of companies.
