We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance in our UAE office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely completion of job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and training initiatives to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Process and oversee payroll, leave management, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Support workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
- Stay updated with employment laws, government regulations, and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to improve HR operations.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within the GCC region, preferably in Sharjah.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and payroll regulations.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
