Job Description: We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team as a dining staff member. This includes taking orders, serving food, and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present customers with our menu and assist in their item selection.
  • Take orders and serve food in a timely manner.
  • Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange table setups before and after each customer according to our brand's set standards.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • A high school degree is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service in a similar role is preferred.
