  9. Charter Operations Management: Prepare charter agreements and quotations, plan, load, and execute schedules for charter and irregular flights based on availability and airport approvals, ensuring successful operational delivery.
  10. Budget Preparation: Develop the budget file, including schedule forecasts and block hours by sector, and circulate it to relevant departments.
  11. Codeshare Flight Coordination: Collaborate with partner airlines to complete necessary tasks related to codeshare flights, including updating SSIM and ensuring synchronization of flight schedules across all systems.
  12. Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the respective Line Manager.
