Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our clinic's online presence, attract new patients, and foster patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services, specialties, and patient care programs.
  • Manage and Optimize Digital Channels: Manage and optimize digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, patient acquisition costs, and ROI to optimize campaigns and maximize effectiveness.
  • Enhance Patient Engagement: Utilize healthcare-specific tools and platforms to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including doctors, medical staff, and administration, to ensure accurate representation of services and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, patient behavior insights, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the clinic's brand guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on digital marketing campaign performance, patient feedback, and market trends.
  • Assist in Budget Planning: Assist in budget planning and management of digital marketing expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven 35 years of experience in digital marketing roles within the healthcare sector, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  • Healthcare Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Healthcare Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience with healthcare-specific digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media platforms, email marketing, and CRM software.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Healthcare Marketing Certification).
  • PRM Experience: Experience with patient relationship management (PRM) systems and patient journey mapping.
