About Us: Al Khoory Group is a well-established company in the field of fire protection and detection systems.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire pumps, fire alarms, and suppression systems, and will be responsible for ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate execution of fire protection system plans.
- Manage installation of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems, in accordance with local codes and standards (UAE Civil Defence and NFPA standards).
- Guide installation teams, monitor site progress, and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site.
- Test and commission installed systems to ensure they function effectively and meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials are available and installations meet project timelines.
- Perform regular inspections and testing to ensure installed systems function as required, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, budgets, and compliance reports.
- Liaise with Dubai Civil Defence and other regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in fire protection system installation and project management, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Experienced in Hotel, DATA Centre and High rise Residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE fire codes, NFPA standards, and Dubai Civil Defence regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fire safety system layouts.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
