The Service Liaison Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the flow of communication between customers and our service team at Al Mulla Group.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering information from customers regarding vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
  • Providing guidance on necessary repairs and routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations.
  • Clearly explaining service options, repair processes, and associated costs to customers.
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing the service workflow.
  • Coordinating with the technical team to relay customer requests and prioritize tasks.
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or products that can enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
  • Offering service packages, extended warranties, or other promotions to customers as applicable.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer details, service history, and vehicle information.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all completed repairs and services.
  • Following up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Addressing and resolving any customer complaints or service-related issues promptly.
  • Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who has:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automotive or business administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
