As a Procurement Records Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procurement records.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Enter and update procurement-related data, including purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory records.
- Maintain accuracy in all data entries to avoid errors in procurement transactions.
- Verify and cross-check invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track order progress and update records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the procurement team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
