About This Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' Siebel applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Siebel architecture and experience in application production support within the ITIL framework.

You will also possess excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance, as well as application performance tuning and optimization.

An added advantage is experience in workflow maintenance and configuration, handling interface-related issues, and middleware systems like Bawaba/Open API/Micro Services.

Additionally, you should have good knowledge in Java-based applications, Siebel administration, workflow configuration, EAI, and Siebel tools.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also have hands-on experience with Siebel EIM module, Unix commands, and very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL.

Lastly, experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC would be a plus.
