We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Assistant to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth running of the department.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Initiate and manage business correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
