  • Managing and overseeing customer trials and pilot programs.
  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, specifications, and guides as needed.
  • Maintaining robust technical relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners, staying informed about their latest developments.
  • Evaluating new products and solutions for their technical feasibility and market viability.
  • Collaborating with operations and service delivery teams on product enhancements, ensuring readiness for implementation and ongoing support.
  • Keeping an in-depth understanding of infrastructure, applications, processes, technologies, and market trends.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in IP networking, encompassing design, implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of IoT environments and related technologies, including 4G/3G/GPRS, IP, VPNs, APNs, RADIUS, SIMs, and Network Management.
  • Adept at interpreting customer requirements, documenting needs, and identifying both standard and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Proven capability to meet tight deadlines and quickly devise effective, cost-efficient solutions to challenges.
  • Skilled in conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
