Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fixed-price complex programs with multiple parallel integrated streams of work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer IT and business teams.
  • Lead Agile/SAFe program management and delivery teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams, primarily based in India, and customer teams onsite in Dubai.
  • Manage project revenues and margins, ensuring financial stability.
  • Develop and report KPIs at a program level to multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive delivery milestone-based programs, ensuring teams meet acceptance criteria.
  • Lead change management processes, driving the change management board.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing programs on scaled Agile models.
  • Successful management of multi-located teams.
  • SAFe certification or training.
  • Experience working on projects with 6000+ story points.
  • Software development project management experience.
  • Experience working on projects from scratch, not just enhancements on existing products or designs.
  • Desirable: experience in managing fixed-price engagements.
