  12. Minimize downtime by applying good time-management skills and working efficiently as a team.\
  13. Cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly.\
  14. Notice errors on a production or assembly line quickly due to good concentration and attention to detail.\
  15. Work effectively with others in a team as part of strong teamwork skills.\
  16. Troubleshoot and maintain equipment using a technical mind and ability to work with hands.\
  17. Interpret production reports and identify problems using working knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment.\
  18. Determine the causes of production issues using solid troubleshooting skills.\

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have display production experience and be able to ensure production processes align with company and regulatory requirements.

\

Candidates should also possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.

\

Additionally, a technical mind and the ability to work with hands are required for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
