We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Trainee to join our team at CHALHOUB Group.
As a Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for implementing trade marketing initiatives in UAE from conceptualization to execution. This includes event planning, developing strong relationships with local distributors and suppliers, and enhancing in-store brand presence through impactful retail implementations.
You will also manage administrative elements such as permits and payments, and create timely reports that include trade marketing KPIs. Additionally, you will identify market trends and opportunities through social listening and routine competition checks to build strong local campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent, fluency in English, and strong command of MS Office applications. Good social skills and excellent time management and organization skills are also essential.
