Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Operations Specialist to join our team at People One. The successful candidate will provide paralegal support to our company, focusing on the operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paralegal Support: Provide paralegal support to our company, including preparing, negotiating, and amending operational agreements.
  • Contract Management: Review client-generated documents, determine if they conform to our standard contractual requirements, and provide contractual language as needed.
  • Database Management: Create and update a database with contract summaries, maintain and update information, and prepare transmittal letters and memoranda.
  • Research and Documentation: Conduct and summarize legal research, assist attorneys with acquisitions or financings, and organize documentation related to these transactions.
  • Correspondence and Memoranda: Draft and respond to legal correspondence and memoranda, including audit inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A two-year college degree plus relevant work experience or at least 10 years of work experience as a paralegal with an outstanding performance record.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work independently, flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and outstanding verbal and written English skills. Fluency in Arabic or one other European language in addition to English is advantageous.
