Job Overview
The Africa Institute, Global Studies University, Sharjah seeks a highly skilled Institutional Research Analyst to join its Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring the institute's progress in matters related to Quality Enhancement and Assurance.

About the Position
The Institutional Research Analyst works as part of a team in the OIE, responsible for gathering and analyzing institutional data and information. This involves conducting ongoing evaluations through feedback from faculty, students, and staff, leading to constant improvement and maintenance of academic standards.

Main Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze institutional data and information in a timely and accurate manner
* Develop periodic reports related to institutional effectiveness and performance to internal and external stakeholders
* Analyze and comprehend operational organizational goals and strategies and how they relate to own function

Requirements
* Minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in a higher education institution
* Strong statistical analysis skills
* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
