    • Oversee equipment maintenance and repair to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Implement cost-saving measures and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.

    • Monitor progress and resolve any operational issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Uphold organizational standards to ensure high-quality products and services.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Graduate in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production management or related fields.
    • Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving processes.
  • Skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management abilities.
    • Business integrity and confidence in decision-making.
    • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
    • Dedication to internal customer satisfaction.
    • Effective planning and implementation skills.
    • Proficiency in computer systems.

    • Experience in managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in relevant fields is preferred.
  • Extensive multicultural experience in the Middle East is a must.
