  • Referrals: Refer patients to specialists as needed, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to medical regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Emergency Care: Provide emergency medical services as needed, stabilizing patients for further treatment if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent): Recognized by the UAE Health Authority (HAAD/DHA/MOH).
  • Family Medicine Board Certification: Must have formal training and certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in Family Medicine, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
  • Licensing: Valid and current license to practice in the UAE (HAAD/DHA/MOH) or eligibility to obtain a UAE medical license.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Patient-Centered Approach: Ability to establish a strong rapport with patients and offer personalized care.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with diverse populations and respect cultural differences.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.
