Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective materials management strategies.
  • Work closely with the Technical Director to achieve project goals.
  • Review and provide feedback on construction feasibility and design readiness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of RFP packages by coordinating with Project Managers and Procurement teams.
  • Lead the materials team to submit submittals on time, adhering to industry standards.
  • Oversee quality control measures for all technical submittals related to materials.
  • Maintain accurate records as per standard norms.
  • Distribute projects effectively among engineers.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress with Sr. Architects and Technical Architects.
  • Issue RFIs to Design Managers if discrepancies arise in issued documents.
  • Prioritize tasks according to contractor requirements.
  • Support engineers in resolving pending issues.
  • Attend weekly technical meetings with contractors to discuss project progress.
