About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our quality assurance and control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs): Develop ITPs as per the method statement project specification and relevant international standards.
  • Review and Verify Method Statements: Review and verify/author method statements as per project specifications specific to activities and customer/consultant comments.
  • Maintain QA/QC Logs: Maintain QA/QC logs and record all quality submittals with customers in coordination with the document controller.
  • Prepare Checklists and Inspection Forms: Prepare checklists and inspection forms/formats as per site requirements in line with the client template where necessary.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to the internal project team or subcontractors when any nonconformity is found.
  • Establish WPS, PQR, and Process Welder Qualifications: Establish WPS, PQR, and Process Welder Qualifications.
  • Record and Coordinate Lessons Learned: Record and coordinate lessons learned, maintaining logs.
  • Assist Project Teams: Assist the project team to develop and achieve project objectives and conduct periodic monitoring.
  • Ensure Measuring Equipment Calibration: Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated and maintain logs.
