Senior Site Engineer Job Requirements

This position requires a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead construction activities and ensure successful project delivery in Dubai.

Key Tasks:

  • Supervise daily construction activities, monitoring site progress and reporting any discrepancies or delays.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and investigate incidents or accidents on-site.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably in UAE-based construction projects.
  • Professional certification, such as PMP or NEBOSH, can be beneficial.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in construction management software, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
