  4. Assist in Proposal Preparation: You will assist in the preparation of project proposals, including budget estimates and financial justifications.

  6. Ensure Timely Billing: You will coordinate with project teams to ensure proper allocation and utilization of project funds, and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing to clients or funding agencies.
  7. Perform Audits and Reconciliations: You will perform regular audits and financial reconciliations to ensure compliance with project guidelines and regulations.
  8. Provide Financial Support: You will provide financial support and guidance to project teams, answering any financial-related queries or concerns.
