Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Lawyer to join our team at Argyle. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for advising sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues, including private equity houses, government entities, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Involve in secondary transactions, investments into funds, and placement agent agreements on the marketing of funds in the Middle East.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on fund-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
  • Strong knowledge of fund establishment and related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
