About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Kids Club at Atlantis, The Palm is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and organization of the Atlantis Kids Club and Nanny Services.

This includes monitoring team compliance with health & safety procedures, identifying and delivering necessary training in line with departmental needs, and providing daily support to the Kids Club Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all activities and programs are adhered to as per resort standards.
  • Conducting emergency procedure training and first aid certification for the team.
  • Overseeing nanny service scheduling and child check-in standards.
  • Preparing daily and weekly activity schedules and packages.
  • Managing team schedules and producing detailed reports as requested by leadership.
  • Delivering administrative duties to support department operations.
  • Contributing to recruitment efforts.
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and guest relations among team members.
  • Familiarity with children-friendly areas and activities around the resort and water park.
  • Monitoring department expenses within approved budget guidelines.
