About the Role

RINA Piraeus Team is seeking a highly skilled GCC Construction Supervision Senior Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division, you will play a crucial role in providing support to engineers in designing solutions, products, machines, systems, or structures, respecting time, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution

Develop plans and make calculations for various elements within an engineering project, draw blueprints and structural diagrams under the supervision of a principal engineer or a managing engineer.

Site Support and Oversight

Provide direct day-to-day support and oversight of project elements, visit sites to take measurements, and ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System (QMS).

Engineering Support and Documentation

Provide direct or indirect support to engineers or engineering teams by gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials, and other day-to-day duties.

Project Scheduling and Deliverables

Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers, and prepare the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentation, and engineering drawings, etc.).

Progress Reporting and Communication

Prepare progress reports and present them to engineers and other personnel, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Be aware and understand the Quality Policy, ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS, and contribute to the QMS improvement according to your role.

Client Support and Liaison

Answer complex contractor questions on behalf of the supervising engineer, and serve as a liaison between engineering and construction personnel.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General.
