About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, daily visual inspections on major data center equipment, and repairing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC, plumbing, and ELV equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Routine Building Maintenance Tasks: Perform daily visual inspections on major data center equipment, identify and report any issues or anomalies.
  • Daily Logs and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
  • Maintenance of Mechanical Systems: Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical systems.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of mechanical systems (generators, chillers, pumps, motors, bearings) and cooling systems (HVAC, chillers, VRV, FAHU, IRU, FWU).
  • ELV Systems: Working knowledge of ELV systems (DDC, BMS, control system).
  • Installation and Repair Skills: Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of mechanical system equipment and components.
