Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radio Communications Specialist to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending radio calls, passing messages, and reporting weather conditions to offshore sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend radio calls and pass messages to enable desired actions.
  • Report weather conditions to offshore sites for real-time updates.
  • Answer telephone calls after office hours for ongoing communication.
  • Follow emergency notification procedures to report incidents.
  • Report supply vessel schedules to concerned staff and departments.
  • Collect and forward weather update reports to government authorities.
  • Review and identify international call bills for deduction.
  • Monitor and report radio system anomalies.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school with 35 years of relevant experience or high school with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid license for radio operations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language skills (speak and understand) are an added advantage.
