Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Expert to join our team as a Lifecycle Equipment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and performing/overseeing field installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead the work of others to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to less experienced team members and external clients.
  • Perform all work in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in shop or field environments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of oil drilling equipment or similar electrically operated equipment.
  • Proficiency in electrical circuits and components, basic hydraulic circuits and components, software updating, installation, troubleshooting, and PLC operation and programming.
