Requirements

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital assets or financial services.
  3. Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of over-the-counter trading, market-making, and liquidity provisioning.
  5. Experience managing long sales cycles and client negotiations.
  6. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in digital asset transactions.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  8. Established network within the digital asset ecosystem is a significant advantage.
  9. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  10. Onboard 10+ high-value clients in the first year.
  11. Drive over-the-counter deal flow, contributing to $3M+ in annual revenue.
  12. Build and manage a customer relationship management pipeline to maintain a steady client acquisition funnel.
