Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Process Engineer to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our utilities systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the optimal operability, profitability, and process safety of our utilities systems. Generate quarterly performance benchmarking reports, providing recommendations for performance improvement.

Facilities Support and Collaboration

Work closely with facilities teams to implement recommendations and close identified gaps from benchmarking reports. Collaborate with global manufacturing facility engineers to propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives.

Technical Advisory and Support

Provide on-demand remote and/or field technical advisory support to global manufacturing facilities on utilities operation, including process design, troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown activities, and capacity test runs. Document service reports for each support activity, detailing facility needs, actions taken, results, and lessons learned.

Process Improvement and Optimization

Conduct internal assessments on utilities using company engineering standard references and endorse any deviations or better standards applied by affiliates for facility management or company central engineering.

Program Coordination and Execution

Act as the overall coordinator for cascading and driving global manufacturing and corporate programs for utilities in operating facilities, enabling execution and effective monitoring.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in utilities process engineering, with experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
